Project management
without the ceremony.
The PM workspace for small teams who want to ship. Structured enough for sprint cycles and roadmap, light enough to set up in minutes. Connect GitHub and get notified in Telegram or Discord the moment your PR is reviewed — no tab-switching required.
Linear is too much.
Notion is too loose.
Flokzy sits in the middle: structured enough to run product work, light enough that a founder, PM, designer, and engineer can all use it without spending the week configuring fields.

A complete PM workspace,
pared down to what teams use daily.
Flokzy is not a docs database and not a GitHub wrapper. It is a native task system with the surfaces small teams actually need: list, board, projects, cycles, roadmap, inbox, comments, and roles.
Tasks and board
Create issues in Flokzy, assign owners, set estimates and due dates, then move work through Triage, Backlog, Todo, In Progress, Review, and Done.
Redesign onboarding — 3-step workspace setup wizard
Status, assignee, labels, estimates, due date, comments, and activity — all in one drawer. No tab-switching, no context loss.
Task drawer
Every task has a focused detail surface: description, properties, comments, activity, labels, parent tasks, sub-issues, and links.
Fast daily list
A dense, keyboard-friendly list for the work that matters today. Filter, group, triage, bulk edit, archive, and open details instantly.
Cycles
Run lightweight sprints with task counts, point totals, blocked work, and progress snapshots without turning planning into process theater.
Roadmap
Group work into projects and track launch readiness at a glance. It gives direction without forcing a heavyweight planning ritual.
Inbox and admin basics
Mentions, assignments, workspace roles, billing, activity history, and security settings are built in from the start.
Flokzy owns the task system; integrations are optional.
Default statuses, cycles, labels, and activity work out of the box.
Free for 3 people, then one simple Team plan.
Your code never
touches our servers.
Flokzy sees issue metadata and PR status — not your source. Designed for teams that answer to security review.
We only ask for issues & pull_requests. No repo write, no code scanning, no secrets access.
TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. Webhook payloads are HMAC-signed on every hop.
Bot tokens are stored in your workspace vault, not shared between tenants. Rotate anytime.
Every action — claim, close, comment sync, webhook delivery — is retained for 90 days.
Start with the work.
Add process only when it helps.
Flokzy does not ask you to design a system before you can use it. Capture tasks, shape the board, close cycles — and layer on more structure only when the team needs it.
Start with the work, not the system.
Create tasks with title, priority, assignee, labels, due date, and estimates. No template required — sensible defaults get you running in seconds, not sessions.
Move work across the board. Keep context in the drawer.
Drag tasks between columns, open the detail drawer for comments and activity, and keep your team's decisions attached to the work — not buried in Slack threads.
Close the cycle. See what shipped.
Time-box work into cycles, track velocity, and surface blockers before they become misses. When the cycle ends, close it and start the next — the history stays.
Native PM first.
Integrations when useful.
Flokzy works on its own. Then connect GitHub, Telegram, Discord, or webhooks — and let external events create and update work automatically.
We tried Linear, Notion, and plain GitHub issues. Flokzy is the first tool where engineers actually open the board without being told to.
The Telegram integration sold us. The moment a PR lands in review, the right person gets pinged — no Slack noise, no missed context.
We're four people. I don't need 200 features, I need tasks, a board, and GitHub events in one place. Flokzy is exactly that.
Every team needs a place to plan. Too often that place is either a massive tracker with too many rituals, or a flexible document that becomes a custom app nobody wants to maintain.
Flokzy is the everyday surface for assignments, cycles, roadmap, comments, and activity. It gives the team enough structure to ship, without asking them to design the operating system first.

Answers,
not hedges.
No. Flokzy reads issue and pull-request metadata from GitHub — titles, labels, assignees, checks, and similar fields needed for the board. We do not clone or browse repository file contents beyond what the GitHub App permissions require for that metadata.
