1. What We Collect
We collect your email address, name, and GitHub/Telegram/Discord identifiers when you sign up. We process GitHub webhook metadata (event types, PR titles, authors, labels, CI statuses). We never access your source code or file contents.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to route notifications, display dashboard analytics, and improve the service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). GitHub tokens are stored encrypted. We use PostgreSQL with daily encrypted backups retained for 30 days.
4. Data Retention
Event data is retained according to your plan (30 days for Pro, custom for Enterprise). After account cancellation, data remains read-only for 30 days, then is permanently deleted.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with GitHub, Telegram, and Discord APIs to provide the service. We use Stripe for payment processing. Each third party has its own privacy policy.
6. Your Rights
You can export your data as JSON at any time from the dashboard. You can request account deletion by contacting privacy@flokzy.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics unless you opt in.
