1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flokzy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Flokzy is a project-management workspace for small teams, with tasks, boards, cycles, roadmaps, an inbox, comments, and team ownership. It optionally integrates with GitHub, Telegram, Discord, Google (calendar and mail), and AI coding assistants. We process the metadata needed to run these features but never access your source code or repository file contents.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans and Payment Terms
Flokzy offers a Free plan and a paid Team plan. The Team plan is billed per member, monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing and applicable taxes. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Workspace owners may cancel through the billing portal; the downgrade to Free takes effect at the cancellation date shown there.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of Flokzy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We encrypt data at rest and in transit. We do not sell your data.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Cancelling a paid subscription changes billing and entitlements but does not delete the workspace. You may separately request permanent account deletion from settings, subject to transferring ownership of shared workspaces and resolving active paid subscriptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Flokzy is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
