1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flokzy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Flokzy routes GitHub activity notifications to Telegram and Discord. We process event metadata (PR titles, authors, CI statuses) but never access your source code.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of Flokzy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We encrypt data at rest and in transit. We do not sell your data.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon cancellation, your data remains available read-only for 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Flokzy is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
